I’m an Independent HR Consultant and workplace mediator, based in Brighton, East Sussex.

My career spans over two decades, culminating in my transition from senior operational management in the hospitality industry to a distinguished HR and employment law specialist.

My mission is clear – to guide small business owners and HR professionals through the storm of HR crises, providing not only practical guidance but also reassurance and sound advice with a sprinkling of good humour.
